Summer STEM Courses & Camps Scholarships: We are committed to supporting all students and, especially those from undeserved underrepresented groups.
According to the NSF and many other research findings to enhance the awareness and interest in STEM careers for all K-12 students, it is very important to provide students with continuous STEM-learning opportunities.
For example, during the summer there are STEM Summer Camps. The Global STEM Education Center, DOME foundation sponsors 2-3 scholarships annually for the students interested in attending the Museum of Science in Boston’s Science and Engineering Camps. (Please, note we are NOT a grant making organization and the application process (including the eligibility requirements and etc.) is managed by the Museum of Science Education Department. All questions must be addressed directly to the Museum of Science. You might also want to review Frequently Asked Questions. We also encourage you to find more information on courses and on cost and registration.
Once again - we are happy to provide our support for scholarships, but this is a Museum of Science program - Summer STEM Education for K-12 students: "Plan a summer of discovery! From the aspiring biologist to the future technology wizard, every science-minded child will have something to look forward to this summer at the Museum of Science. Students entering grades 1 – 8 can choose from a variety of hands-on, week-long courses with topics ranging from bugs to robots to food chemistry, and more" (Museum of Science courses).
