PD for Educators

All teachers from participating schools are provided with on-going coaching, training, guidance and all needed support throughout the duration of the program. Teachers are provided with training on all components of the Global STEM Classroom® model including, but not limited to:

• Global team-work and intercultural collaboration
• Global competency and intercultural communication
• STEM content and STEM educational technology;
• On-line collaboration and communication technology
• Innovative STEM technology
• Artificial Intelligence in K-12 education
• 21st century skills
• Global educational systems and approaches
• Science and engineering diplomacy for K-12
• Environmental Science Diplomacy and Education
• Collaborative curriculum/instructional design
• Modeling authentic STEM-professional teamwork processes
• CSCL computer-supported collaborative learning and intercultural  competencies
• COIL Collaborative Online International Learning
• and much more!

Some of the workshops and seminars are available to teachers who are interested in future participation in Global STEM Education programs although their schools are currently not enrolled - limited spaces might be available on first come first served basis.

Educational leaders can participate in these learning opportunities and must do so if their schools are in the program.
